or call us at 1-508-951-3944, receive a return number, and mail your package and your return number to us. Gifts do not have to be returned. If
it’s a gift, it’s forever yours.
- If you used a coupon that has been expired by the time of your return, you’ll be issued a new one for the same amount to use with your new
order.
- All Return Packages should be mailed to: Boston Jewelry Mall, 57 Prospect Street, Sherborn, MA 01770.
- Please pack your items thoroughly, insure the package and mail it to us through the same mailing provider we used (usually, USPS or UPS).
You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
- We will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for
a full refund. Returns take approximately 8 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Boston Jewelry Mall will refund the full cost of
the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.
Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at the warehouse.
